03 — Supply Terms
Structured to your transaction.
Supply terms are agreed individually depending on cargo, route and buyer requirements. We work with international contracts and provide coordination of cargo movement, shipment planning and delivery support according to the agreed transaction structure.

Cost, Insurance & Freight
We cover the cost of the cargo, marine insurance and freight to the agreed destination port. Risk passes to buyer at the port of shipment.

Carriage Paid To
We pay carriage to the named place — multimodal-friendly, used for combined sea and inland transport routes.

In Ukraine we operate in partnership with LLC «Grain Terminal Kiliya». The partnership supports handling of export cargoes, logistics coordination and operational interaction within the Ukrainian market. Grain Terminal Kiliya is a port operator at the port of Ust-Dunaisk, providing logistics, forwarding, cargo handling, vessel agency, storage and export documentation services.
This cooperation lets us build reliable supply chains for bulk grain and agricultural cargoes of Ukrainian origin and provide practical export solutions for international buyers.
